 Damaged in Transit: If your chocolates arrive melted, crushed, or tampered with (must report within 24 hours with photo/video proof).
 Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive a wrong product variant (e.g., dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate).
 Expired/Defective Product: Rare cases where chocolates are past expiry or have quality flaws.

Non-Returnable Situations

 Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns due to taste preferences or impulsive purchases.
 Delayed Complaints: Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery cannot be processed.

2. Step-by-Step Return Process

      • Photos/videos of the damaged/incorrect product.

      • A brief description of the issue.

  2. Approval & Resolution:

    • Our team will review within 24–48 hours.

    • If approved, we’ll offer:

      • Refund: Amount credited to your original payment method.

  3. Return Shipping (if applicable):

    • For defective items, we may arrange a pickup.

    • Do not return items without authorization.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days (depends on your bank).

  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

Note: No refunds will be processed for orders opened without evidence (e.g., no photos).
